When it comes to roof repair or roof replacement, most insurance companies only cover damage caused by a storm or weather event, and not issues that were caused or exacerbated by a lack of upkeep or maintenance. If you want your insurance company to pay for some or all of your roof repair or replacement, you must first establish that the damage was caused by an unpreventable “Act of God.” Dale’s Roofing can help with that. We will provide a free inspection of the damage and discuss our findings with your insurance adjuster. If you’re a member of the DRI Maintenance Plan, we can also provide your insurance company with documentation of previous visits to establish that the damage was not caused by neglect.
